Once you post anything controversial or make an opinion or express yourself in a certain way that does not sit well with some people in this forum, they react just like those agressive old lanyes. But some guys here are very mature and one can easily engage in a meaningful discussion.Can one really be influenced or carry the characters and attitude of lanye by being around them all the time?

It’s possible. If you surround yourself enough with people who possess certain characteristics, you pick up on those traits and habits.
Every girl I’ve ever dated starts using phrases like “….that makes sense” because I use it a lot and I actually joke about it with them. Similarly, groups of friends after a while develop a “common” way of doing things and conducting themselves.
It’s just how the world works. You’re the product of your environment. If guys are around lanyes and low-tier women, of course they’ll acquire those traits unintentionally. They just don’t know it.
