Ethiopia has the cheapest power in Africa but they would rather sell it to Kenya to get $$$$ or give commercial users such as industrial plants. The people are the least priority to them. Hapa Jubilee is taking power to mud houses and manyatta so that people can stop using kerosine lamps.
