Welcome to Kenya . Some of these judicial processes need to have time limit . A specific case has to be finalists by 3 months . Otherwise a case will drag for ever

These cases takes long because defence side have to make several applications to demonstrate innocence on part of their client at the same time the more a case drags kitunguu inanukia proper kwao and at the same time the prosecution have to make a water proof case to warrant a sentence @Nananimpa kuja kiasi.
