Parliamentary committee even a full house committee occupies the same spot as a high court and they are guided in such matters by the standards of a high court. I asked how can the national assembly act on hearsay contrary to the law of evidence. Mutuse said Kachakua has grabbed his brother’s property yet his brother’s family has not gone to court over it. Mutuse did not have even an affidavit from the widow or children. He didn’t have a report or affidavit from EACC on corruption. Hao waliitwa Malaya didn’t even submit an affidavit or go to court for defamation

Senators wako mature and their arguments ziko sawa. No childish outbursts from the likes of that ugly luo woman from Suba, the Kisii orphans and the feminine Kikuyu Mpig.

Out of 11 charges, only one is what is required to be send DP home.
Definitely, there is alot of pudding in the accusations, and the lawyers should not dwell on them much, for at the end of the day, the voting will be political.

It’s a political process not a court process. Every opportunity to shame this nonsense should not be missed. Dwelling on the nonsense is important since the votes are already known. It’s not like anyone is changing their minds but the theatrics expose how rotten and useless the bunge is
