Watu hawataki kuenda kuona therapist. It’s some kind of taboo in our culture. You’d rather kill yourself than take medication for your condition?

Si ati they don’t want to seek help but they don’t know where to get help. Mental health centers are damn expensive. A therapist charges 5k an hour. The meds are not cheap either.
We are in dire need of free mental wellness centers.

It is written in the HOLY QURAN as a minor sign of the end of the world that:

1. People will wish to die because of the trials & tribulation they will be facing on earth

2. A person will pass by a grave and wish he was in it instead of the person buried there.

True plus the world has a scarcity of trained therapist in fact in Germany all of government employed psychologist are booked until 2025…manze corona was that bad
