I bought 2 plots huko murera/juja farm at 60k each in 2009 including title deeds. The place was a complete wilderness then. A few guys have built somehow good houses but I still feel it’s a wilderness hadi leo. Last month I sold one of them at 400k. The other one can fetch me 600k. Mind you those plots are in the middle of nowhere and people are still coming to build there…

A family member made me buy a plot somewhere in Thika, I dont kno Ruiru somewhere. Tbh, neither him nor I have gone to see the place. He said, “bypass, development, road, infrastructure in the pitch”. That was last year. He tells me that the plots are now worth double what we paid.
