We can take it further by calculations: She was born with about 1m eggs, at puberty, she had 300-400 eggs. Every month after puberty, she has been losing about 1000 eggs. Assuming she started ovulating at 14, it is 40 years post her puberty (480 months). So, by now, she would have lost 1000* 480 = 480k eggs, more than what she was born with. Conclusion: Chances of her conceiving are almost zero if not zero
