What should my friend do. Muhindi send him on leave in June after suspecting the guy is stealing from him. Muhindi did his investigation but did not find anything, went ahead and employed another person in the position. My guy has been taken in round cycles about his final payment, now the Mihindi is demanding that my guy provides his Mpesa statement for the one year he was employed there. My guy does not have money to hire a lawyer and take the Muhindi to court, what should he do? Any legal avenues for my guy?
