Mud slinging contest courtesy of media

The press should go back to the drawing board and come up with new strategies. Just getting bitter and threatening the politicians wont help. Kenyans are locked either Naswa or Jubilants. No amount of tv watching will change the status quo.

It is undecided voters that the parties are interested in. That amounts to about 8-10 % of the voters. This in essence can determine the election result to either party. Politicians actually enjoy using the media. That’s how they spread their gospel. The media are just playing their part. They have a product to sell to viewers and the viewers are gladly purchasing. The electorate gets to see their candidates reacting , sometimes for the 1st time. It’s a win win situation for all.
