Kuna receptionist wa hotel fulani inaitwa Basilea hotel iko hapo karibu jambo travelers hotel. Amenioshea rungu the whole week at a very affordable rate of 1500 per night. The only problem I deleted her number when I left mtwapa. Just ask the tuktuk guys to take you to Basilea, pretend you are inquiring about the rooms then ask her for her number. Chat her up in the evening and hit the honey jar after the shift. She is a very sweet kamba.

Nowadays elders go to club Volume pale shanzu. That’s where sonko has unleashed all the sins of the world under one roof. Past midnight at the VVIP section you can literally feel the devil.
You can also try Charchoma in Bamburi. It’s such a good place with very delicious food by the sea and the kungurus patrolling its beach are willing to wash rungus at affordable rates.
Also try Eagle Nest and Tivoli in mtwapa. These two are good also all round though they are frequented by Italian retirees who overprice the puthy supply.
Lambada and Casaurina are totally run-down and I can’t imagine myself in there anymore.

Pontoon is still there. It’s not bad but seems overtaken by time. There are better places in shanzu and bamburi
Ukingia any hotel also neva be a jerk to solja kwa mlango ama waiter wako, hao hao huokolea na contacts na coordinates za area rungu cleansing joints
Volume wasn’t all that when I was there about a month ago. Haina space Abit too congested Kwa sitting area.
Nilikaziwa kuingia hiyo VIP. Something about sonko being there entertaining some people.
