Msando murder + Computer tallying

It does not take a Sherlock Holmes to join the dots. The greatest beneficiaries from his brutal murder and those that had the most to lose.

As the widow so eloquently stated at his requiem mass. They will get justice whether in this life or the next.

May both the Msando and Ngumbu families find peace in these trying times.

There were three guys, who were arrested in UG, on their way to S. Sudan. News was that they were connected to Msando’s death.
How far are the investigations ? For those of u who’re in the Justice department.

Who benwfits? The people milking his death to gain political mileage and to beef up a skunky case

HOW MANY TIMES ARE WE GOING TO TELL YOU THAT HACKING INTO THE IEBC WOULD NOT HAVE HAD ANY EFFECT?

FINAL RESULTS WERE GIVEN OWING TO FORM 34B. A MANUAL FORM.

THE IEBC DATABASE ONLY CONTAINED THE NAMES AND IDS OF VOTERS.

I think this cow has to be milked until it’s able to produce some yoghurt.

The only problem with IEBC is that they NEVER at any one time intimated to the stakeholders that election results transmission failed. Wheres the contrary happened. The software rules were that you cannot submit the text based results without the scanned image of 34A. How this rule was broken or why it was broken they have to answer. In hind sight, they should have declared electronic transmission has failed

Clutching at straws here.

I dont think there was an immediate clause in that court ruling, and I think that might be the reason they left the system open even after the final results to ensure even the scanned images that had issues being sent over finally went though the system, also that court ruling did not mention an ocr kind of extracting the form results from the scanned image meaning the two result forms (text and image) were supposed to be independent and the latter was just a verification, which did not make sense since the courts had blocked iebc from altering the results.

If he was killed to pave way for cheating then whoever killed him was an idiot, because that was just one tool of transmitting results. The forms had the final say, and that is what was to be used for verification. No one would have been that foolish not to know this. The only reason or purpose he would have been killed for was to discredit this election

How does the KIEMS work? Does the PO KEY in the figures in the manual forms and the data is transmitted to National Tallying centre? Then at the same time the scanned form is sent, which is what we saw?

KIEMS transmission is like sending an email with an attachment. However, the “email” cannot be sent unless there is an attachment as a software rule and in accordance with the elections act. The problem is that somehow the text went without the attachment

if someone wanted him dead what better opportunity than the one just b4 elections it may be political but hapa lasima pia uangalie outside the box …could have been a tenderprenuer a hater or even his wife …did you guys see her!! uniambie uyo akikupata na kampango atakufanyia nini…
