MPs reject Ben Chumo for SRC job Finally!!!!!

National Assembly Committee on Finance has rejected President Uhuru Kenyatta’s nomination of Dr Ben Chumo as chairman of Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
In its report tabled in the House on Wednesday morning, the committee says its decision was based on integrity issues raised against the nominee.

For a moment i thought it would go through like Muhoros appointment.

Uhuru must have been high while making that appointment knowing too well he (chumo) is still under investigation for defrauding kenyans.

But why?
Didn’t we get a PRESIDENT and DEPUTY PRESIDENT while they had charges against them at the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT?
Now Kenyans acting “angry” when Mr. Chumo gets nominated for a measly SRC job.
Hypocrites!!! :D:D:D

Good. Parliament must start rejecting bonokos.

Let’s be true to ourselves, almost all of the independent commissions in .ke are headed by some shady characters.
Unapate mtu alikuwa number 5 kwa interview, and he goes ahead to be given the job.

but who were the presidential candidates in 2007?

He only needed to quietly pass the word to Duale to make sure the thieving mofo doesn’t pass and it was game shot.
But that nomination in itself was totally wrong or like Trump he never reads intelligence reports?

Please educate me

Washakula sitting allowances zao

Chumo thie ukiomaga…

First learn the difference between election and nomination before …

Done.
Next?

I’ll recall the name I gave them “vagaboonians” . For once they are sensible

Uliza kwanza kabla uonge. Had the vetting not taken place within 14 days then the candidate would have automatically been deemed appointed. If that had happened you will be singing another song after. The only way the vetting wouldn’t have taken place is if the candidate writes to the speaker a notice of withdrawal of his candidature. He didn’t so vetting had to take place.

Thank God another crook wasn’t normalized. Setting up a poor precedent.

Mungu halali. Yessssss

The MPigs knew very well that Chumo was not going to pass integrity test but they went ahead to vet him because of sitting allowances.Who is more corrupt here? Pot calling kettle black

It was a polite way of Uhuru rejecting him instead of telling him on his face.
This is good.

Lazy mother fuckers driven by avarice, they couldn’t turn off the vetting process just for per diem and sitting allowance. Now they expect accolades for something we knew the end results.

A victory is a victory. Buh bye Chumo with your Kshs 212,000,000 fortune. Kula hizo kabla EACC wakukute
