We should not have devolved the human resource function of health.

Medical personnel are like teachers providing essential services for the public good.

Bad terms of service, intransigent county leadership and corruption have crippled the health sector and this will lead to serious long term repercussions.

I think we should just scrap public healthcare sector

After the tears, let’s hope Dr Nyikal and his colleagues will build an iron resolve to make real change.

Devolution in itself is a noble idea, the problem has always been corrupt administrators playing cheap politics…and they wanted to devolve the police, can you imagine the madness that would have ensued.
