That guy made that nonsense up. How do you give someone you’re sending to the ATM “fare” ya 1800? Ata kama alikuwa aende na Uber, that’s too much money for fare, na ni mtu anaenda kukutolea pesa. Kwanza karibu na court I don’t think you can go more than 500m without finding an ATM. Alafu unangoja for hours ati arudi na you’re “confident” he’ll come back.
