I gave up after reading they still have 20% literacy, same as 2013 in freaking 2024. When Marsabit has made every effort to ensure every child goes to ECD even in remote parts like Central Moyale so that the children can then join Primary school.
Turkana ata ECD haziko so even the basic start in education is nearly non-existent outside Lodwar town.
