Buy KPLC shares. On January 1st, sell those shares. Then thank me for that investment.

Dude I think you are more useful kwa kusafisha watu macho.

And what makes you pick kplc as a better option ?

What’s their rate ? I can’t access the published paper right now . Can you help me with the picture or something ?

Investment needs vary. But generally, a good diversified fund for starters, dont be greedy and focus on one stock. I’d advice also not to make a lump sum purchase but rather do cost averaging by making even regular purchases over the length of time you’re investing.
For companies, shop around.

Have you fine money market before?

Sorry don’t get your question

Have you done money market before

Not solely money market. Bonds and stocks.

Nunua “blot”. In a good potential area.

When you need money sell it and you will have you profit and capital.

Just in case you suddenly find yourself in retirement and still renting, you can build it to a home. This is common with some civil servants who find themselves still in government houses a few years to retire.

Sir, have you tried selling a plot lately? The market has been cooling. It is not as easy as you put it. Also, most people I have interacted with are saving, not to buy plots, but to buy apartments. Soon, land speculators will get out of business as more people prefer buying apartments in planned neighborhoods, than idle pieces of land. Just ask a tenant in Lavington or Kileleshwa what they are planning for. Nobody will tell you a plot. It’s either an apartment of a home in a gated estate. Most professionals want the finished product in a good address, not some plot in the middle of nowhere.
