How is Mr.Price able to afford such a prime location and I don’t see a lot of people walking in?? This must be a scheme!
Unless the margins are very huge to cover up
Who is Mr Price?
Cunt relate
Tunajua ndo umemaliza kuangalia Ozark
Rent ain’t that much.
Around 900k per month. Insider info tells they do an average of 250k sales daily at a margin of 40% to 45%. Do your math.
Hehe. You must be kidding. Mr.Price and Lc Waikiki have a ton of sales. They must be the biggest fashion brands in Kenya. And by a very huge lead

Not really. Woolworths is just way too overpriced. And all fair badly on shoes.
LC Waikiki
The best in terms of jeans
Focused on beachwear and comfort. Wider variety of casual clothes
Woolworths
Overpriced
Very good for innerwear. However, a pack of 3 boxers is Kshs 3,000 so they are on the higher end of the spectrum.
Mr. Price
In between the two in pricing and style.
You should also check out Platform at Two Rivers. They are unmatched when it comes to sweaters and shirts. Price is quite smililar to LC Waikiki. They retail ZARA clothing
Very enlightening…however, when shopping for my almost teenage daughter I prefer woolworth due to durability( strictly items on sale…we had huge sales a month ago)…for the younger boy waikiki is okay since he outgrows them before they fade anyway. And its woolworth sales for my parents…Nice shirts, shoes and dresses for their age group. For those who are into khakis I believe waikiki have good ones…but for jeans it’s better to wait for a 75% sale and go to levi…happens almost every 2 months.
