I was hanging out at Willow Garden in Kileleshwa about a week ago and the guy rolled in with his G-Wagon. He met with some other guys driving “big” cars just like him at that Somali restaurant called The Goat. Judging by the type of cars those guys were driving, I think kuna deals mzito sana hao watu wanapiga…probably illegal but I could be wrong.
This guy is a fraud who pretends to have government connections to tenders lakini he scams you on the deposit

Lots of ballers and diplomats frequent that spot sana especially lunch hour. That carwash is ever busy despite charging 800 bob to do substandard work.
