Wewe acha zako ati what time frame…of course we don’t expect everything to work at once but there should be signs that things will eventually work by setting a good foundation…how will things work after the 5 yr time frame elapse when we have a bloated budget then instead of trimming it down you appoint lots of CAS’s, how will things work when one week you come and promise a reduction in electricity prices then the next week you raise the electricity prices and offer supply tenders to more IPP’s…like where is the foundation this JSKS guy is setting point one
