with data savings enabled, file upload doesn’t work on opera mini… don’t know what changed and it used to work well.

Just realised what caused the problem. Jana Amazon was down and if you are keen we host some of our images there. That’s what caused the outage. Even akina Quora were affected.

what are the specs of your AWS instance? average data usage and charge, how often does it go down (up-time percentage - factual not the sales 99.9% guarantee bollocks 
)? are you running an on-demand or dedicated instance, whats the reliability like?, scalability issues if any, whats your current load?
have setup an m4.large test instance on east-lc to check out about params, asking for R&D, you will definitely save me some time and some cash if you have above params :D:D
