even though he is saying what really happens in the real job environment, he should learn to be humble. He is kinda very full of himself.

If that’s the way he speaks after college education and employment for 2 years then 20,000 was way more than he deserves. Huyu nampea 5k na matusi kila asubuhi. Hii jiji sio kitchen ya nyanyake! Meffi

What an entitled prick.

Ungrateful mofo

Honestly, 20gz a month for a salary is nothing but garbage especially for a degree graduate…

Shut up bigot…wewe kama umezoe kundalilishwa usifikirie kila mtu ata kubali

wanggendelea kidogo angesema his former CEO aLAMBE LOLO. Huyo wahiga mwaura alimharakisha

VE Quiting a useless job is normal. My problem is his attitude. boss if your surgeon or accountant reasoned and spoke like this, would you pay for for their services? I don’t think so. There is no room for mediocrity in this world, if you are educated, the least you can do is act like it, the ego and pride that young man has will keep him poor for many years.

That is a baboon right there!!! With 20k, haezi kaa bed-sitter ya 3k? Abaki na 17K. Sura kiatu ka’ hio hata haezi sumbuliwa na slay-queens so 17k itabaki tu yake…4k anunue bike ya ku-commute kwenda job!! Did he expect a starting salary of 200k or what? Anaongea story ya brobation ya 6 months…and the employer was even kind enough to extend it (Which is never done)…and with all that, he can’t communicate, after 4 years in campus!!!

Sasa aende afanye biashara sioni akiajirika tena

nimekwama hapo kwa bedsitter ya 3k

Ziko brathe…ukiwa hio level, hakuna kuchagua msee…

Entitlements kibao

Have you fuckers watched the video ama mnapayuka tu hapa? If his employer promised to increase his salary after a 6 month probation period, then he should have honored that promise. I don’t see anything wrong with his attitude or the way he talks. Look at the situation from his perspective… he decided to do something that most of us would consider humiliating (holding a placard begging for a job), as a result he got tens if not hundreds of job offers. At this point he was spoilt for choice. He picked this particular company maybe because of the promises they made him. So its somewhat stressful when two years down the line you’re still stuck where you started while maybe, if you’d picked a different company, you’d have already risen up the ranks.

3 huwezi pata hata single room ya mabati.

Let him quit. I hope he has learnt a thing or two that will help him in his next job/source of income.

20k for a person like me

hii nyangau iko proud sana

Ya mabati utapata, tena nyingi sana. Tembea Nairobi jamaa.

And where on that degree was it written the salary you are supposed to be paid ?

You can’t come out of University brainwashed over the worth of a piece of paper thinking you can make standards ,people choose the standards for you , not the other way round .
