did i ? if you ingest through the mouth, the liver breaks it first before getting to the circulatory system hence preventing the toxins reaching your blood, while , the other way round, the toxins gets to the circulatory system first (risking contamination), before reaching the liver, of which the blood is already contaminated, repeat this process for 30 days twice a day , and you are definitely setting yourself for illnesses.

There are reasons why different drugs have different routes of administration…nashangaa hii reasoning yako…hakuna vile kitu umemeza itafika kwa liver bila kuingia circulatory system…if fast onset of action and maximum bioavailability is needed,a drug is given intravenously…the same drug can still be administered orally but will have slow onset and lower bioavailability.
