Why is the Prairies/steppe region suitable for wheat cultivation?

Grains are a type of grass, so the prairie/steppe grassland is perfect for growing grains like wheat, rye, and oats. Prairies/steppe are enormous stretches of flat grassland with moderate temperatures, moderate rainfall, and few trees.

What climate region is best suited for wheat?

Wheat grows best when the temperatures are warm, around from 21° to 24° C/ 70° to 75° F, but are not too hot. Wheat also needs a lot of sunshine, especially when the grains are beginning to fill out. Wheat grows best in temperatures between 21ºC/70ºF and 24ºC/75º F.

Then we have the African Savanna, but is the climate suitable for wheat cultivation ?

Prairies in the America’s, Steppes in Eurasia and Savannah in Africa are grassland by other names.

Savanna yote Africa wameweka lions na giraffes in the name of “conserverncies” where white gods play golf, take pics and eat to their fill of tender game meat

Upuss Ukraine gives Kenya more wheat than Russia.

Nikama kusema mbona hamna maziwa na kuna manyasi. Meffi akili

This is like blaming European countries for dependance on coffee and tea from Kenya, Brazil etc. Ukraine and Russian have large swaths of land suitable for wheat farming.

European countries grow their own coffee, tea, and avocados in Kenya. They don’t depend on us.
