The law must be enforced to prevent disturbing people with noise in residential areas. No one should be allowed to disturb residents the whole night with loud music.

People need a quiet and peaceful environment. The kids need a good quiet environment to do their homework, and everyone needs a quiet environment to sleep.
In countries like Britain they have even banned night flights in their airports including Heathrow so that the noise from planes do not disturb people living close to the airport at night. Even pubs close strictly at 11pm and must have no noise.
If an airport can be closed to prevent noise to residents what about some stupid nightclub, hio needs to be demolished ASAP.
