That’s expensive. You can get good structural and architectural drawings for way less than that.

60k is too low… Charges will vary depending on structural complexity of the Arch drawings.

60k will only be architectural and structural drawing only without approval. Now days soko imeharibika, after drawing u cant get practicing licenses at 20k each but am sure if u dont continue with engineer wont sign for indeminity.
4 bedroom is very small to be stressed.
