when the deal is too good dont even think about it.
depending on what you “know”(since i also dont know how real money is made.) the predator(perpetrator) preys on your ambition(greed) to get quickly and easily rich.
i also think the govt doesnt have the machinery or know how to make money. or dela rue holds some elites by the balls such that termination of their contract is next to impossible.
three very common scenarios exist.

a white paper(populary known as the template). this requires two solutions(chemical/dawa) to make it look like the money in your pocket. this has no features of real money. except rukinga.
2)a black paper(which is basically the white paper defaced by the first solution). it has all the money features only that it is black. it needs the second solution to get the money colour.

another black paper but this one is an original/real money defaced by a certain solution(used by the military to destroy currencies). it also needs the second solution to give it back it coluor.

another white paper also exists known as the good fake(very hard to come by). once it is dipped in the two solutions it is next to impossible to tell it apart from the real. only cbk can differentiate it through serial numbers. since its serial number it isnt in their system.
HOW THE CON RUNS:
depending on your know how,exprience and status in life(how much money you can be conned).

once you have bought all the dawas and you are in the process of making. just before it starts you will be told that you have contaminated the solutions either too much heat/light,dirty container or wrong mixing.
2)you can be informed that the chemical was intercepted by the police and you need to add something ndio iachiliwe.
3)bandia cops will appear at the place you are minting the money handcuff you until you remove kitu kikubwa.
4)the templates which are basically worthless paper can also be contaminated. you are usually given them once you part with your hard earned money.
5)when you have been promised like a hundred million a minter usually an indian will be involved. you cannot enter where the mint is since doesnt exist but your millions will glue together in bundles and you will need a special powder from china to seperate them.
if you are still to gullible not to see through the con you will bank roll the shipping and the cost of the said powder.
6)alot of other scenarios…
in short it all ends up you losing your money.
it is a con. period.
dont be among the million of fools out there who beleive it is doable.
real kenyan money and us dollars are made partly of cotton and thats why ukifua pesa haikai the normal paper.
it will get a little bit defaced but itakauka.
you will get tall stories to get you interested. dont fall for that hata ukijionea pesa ikitengenezwa and you are told to deposit in an mpesa or bank it.
do that and never give them a dime. consider it payment from conmen for listening to them.

People working in the financial sevices sector are the most indebted and prone to such scams. Watu wako na loan ka tano na credit card juu yake. I think it has something to do with the way they realise “money” is just a bunch of numbers on a screen. Kile hunishangaza is how a grown adult will surrender ACTUAL currency to the wash wash operators for them to make fake currency for him.
