I think waiguru was played, she got very little moneys from the NYS scandle but not what was agreed on, that’s why she blew the whistle for investigations to start… Otherwise i think if she got her agreed share of moneys, she would remained quiet.
So if elected, she’ll start many projects so as to steal like a pro (atleast now she knows how it’s done - read stealing)
Or very unlikely, she’ll be honest and transparent and hardworking, since everyone (including media) will be on her case…

Kirinyaga has the opportunity to be one of the best counties in Kenya. They are not on a major transport hub, they are too far from Nairobi to experience a land/real estate boom and they don’t have minerals, but with the right management, they can very well be the best bread basket we have for Nairobi. I hope They elect Waiguru. She’s what they need to develop a dream to reality.
