…i have a neighbour who is having a party in a residential building and our houses are vibrating. our ears are hurting from the bass of the loud music and noise from the party girls…how can this be handled responsibly…very inconsiderate to our young kids!

By they way,the law demands that someone notify the police and pay for a temporary liquor license should they be holding a party of that kind.
