Michael Kamau is a shareholder at Elgon Road Development, which owns part of the Raddison building. How can the government go repossessing something he does not own fully. Unless its his shares.
4 Scandinavian private equity funds own shares too.
Also, KCB funded the project to the tune of Sh3.1 billion. So I’m sure this is a loan that is still being serviced.
