@Meria Mata im planning to visit Dar es Salaam some time this week, which is the best route to use (by bus).

Nairobi-Arusha-Dar

Or

Nairobi-Mombasa-Dar (i dont know if this route exists)

Nairobi Mombasa Dar route exists and its cheaper by 500 but you have to change buses at mombasa.
The Nairobi Arusha route is very scenic and i can bet my left ball you wont sleep a wink during the trip.
Best bus ni tri-axle Modern Coast.

Reschedule unless its very very necessary… all indicators are that it might not be very peaceful up to the time they will post election results…

You should also consider driving down there, more convenient and cabs are pretty expensive in Dar… You will realize the costs movements around Dar might turn to be 2 or 3 times the cost of fare from NBO-Dar-NBO

Ya mombasa ni stress tupu, diversion ya 60 kms hapo talu alafu jam ya ferry, Arusha ruote anytime, alafu uteme handas hapo border. tz hawapendi hio matawi
