Hey villagers, I’ve been using Linda Jamii till it expired and they are not renewing it tena. Linda Jamii used to be 12k per year and it could cover the whole family both In and Out Patient. Which other insuarance cover can I get similar to that…

I am not familiar with linda jamii but here are a few things you should factor in:

[li]assuming you are healthy (Bantu), you dont necessarily need outpatient cover. You probably go to the hospital twice a year when feeling particularly bad.[/li][li]You are better off getting a cover that covers you individually, while the wife and kids (if any) can have a shared cover with both inpatient and outpatient.[/li][li]If you can find a cover that covers dental and opthomologists even better.[/li][li]Check with big underwriters like Britam. They have decent health insurance covers. Banks have also started getting into the game but tread carefully when it comes to them[/li][/ul]

I don’t know who offers covers for an entire family for less than 20k per annum. even if you pay in installments monthly…have a look at Jubilees rates as a benchmark for insurance companies then work from there.

Try resolution or first assurance they have nice packages then choose what will suit you best

But this hospitals need to have a sense of humanity, just because one has a health policy should not be a reason to overcharge there is unforeseen tomorrow
