Atleast in the Jubillee counties, they have tried, albeit unsuccessfully to impeach their governors, the CORD ones would rather blame Uhuru (Not even the government) because someone in their backyard does not have enough food to live on…and yet that same county had the nerve to donate 1 million to red cross

Fruits of devolution watu wanaiba bila aibu, and this is just one county Ile corruption hiko kwa hizi county governments imezidi juzi tu kuna Dame amesomea bachelor of education najua aliandikwa kwa department ya finance with zero experience or knowledge on finance just because the mother is a senior official in the county government

the kind of corruption and grand eating - these guys are eating with spades, not even big spoons - going in the counties is appalling to say the least. While devolution was meant to bring government resources to mashinani, it was not foreseen that the billions trickling down would end up in wives and relatives of county officials.
He condones corruption just like Raila.
