Mdosi wa Al Capone.. Real birrionaires are silent

NB; Shaban ni influencer tu..

He also owns the multi-million Platinum 7D Lounge in Nakuru

Hotel business is for losers. Nobody makes profit unless you are part of a chain. The margins are razor thin. Add the usual thiefing kenyan bonobos, and you are in negative territory most of the time

I guess they were too expensive, na clients walikuwa wameanza kusema wamekuwa cliche. Nikama vile redsan in his prime alikuwa kila event. You can just throw a random DJ sikuhizi and no one will care.

But the photoghraphy and social media team ndio wako kazi sasa, those doremi girls ndio wanaleta clients mbaya mbovu. Na si wale machokosh wa @cortedivoire, ukiwacheki wanakaa wameoga so as a big spender utaenda huko.

That was the signature casual dress look between 2001 and 2006 hapo. And you throw in a sports jacket with matching low top sneakers.

Acha ujinga. Yes i ukweli hoteli pesa huflow. In a week, unaeza pata over a million or 5 million is fflowing in and out of that hotel. In one night, a hotel can even have 500K in cash in the accounts office. But usijdanganye hiyo ni pesa.

Actually getting a profit out of that money is like miliking rocks. Mara worker wezi wameiba gunia ya viazi, mara mtu mjinga alizima fridge nyama ikaoza. Mara uko sabotaged bedsheet zimeibiwa zote mara worker amekataa kuingia akatoroka na funguo.

Dealing with humans is the worst part of the hotelier business. I assurre you unaeza shika one million in your hands kwa hotel business, but how much you keep as profit is another matter.

Ukitoka ofisi kuna stage two ya headaches: suppliers. Mara wameleta nyama imeoza, mara wamkuletea cereals zimejaa matope, mara wamekupandishia bei. Mara supplier ametoroka na pesa.

Tumia akili nugu hii. Dont just obsess over the money you see exchanging hands at the counter and imagine it’s profit.
