Igathe straight to work. Let people pay at the bank, directly deposited at NCC account and take the receipt to NCC offices as the auditor general recommended.

Yes it mostly is thanks to e-citizen. Problem with county government as the auditor general pointed out is that they collect revenue and spend it at source. Such is the case here. Its never banked and the recording keeping is deliberately sabotaged so that its impossible to follow up its use. Nice move by Gov.Sonko & Igathe start with following up the cash. That’s where the cartel gets its funds.
