That’s a cylinder head knock. Two knocks for every crank rotation. Unfortunately your engine is gone. I would advice you to get a new engine, do not try to repair, as unbending valves may work but the cylinder walls are probably damaged.

How to prevent this.?
The best you can do is make regular oil changes. Once every 7k km. Many times this happens due to design flaws of the engine or age.
