Deputy President William Ruto has said Jubilee’s development agenda to bring lasting change to communities and unite Kenyans is what sets it apart from past regimes.
The Deputy President said Jubilee’s robust education system, better roads, provision of electricity and water, good climate for business, modern agriculture and efficient health care has given the people real choices.
He spoke at Mavirivirini after opening Mavirivirini hospital and Kaphingo Mwashanga water project, Kinango Constituency, Kwale County.

Ruto actually dresses like Moi the only thing missing is a carnation on his lapel and a rungu. Those checked coats with gold buttons are Moi textbook uniform. And Moi used to wear suits everywhere, even while in north eastern and he surprisingly never used to sweat. Ruto even holds bunches of bank notes just like baba Moi. I guess when they said the more things change the more they remain the same they weren’t joking.
