HA HA HA! my guess is that am the waria you are refering to. being that my first name is arshan. again i will say, this line of question was not aimed at your league. crawl your filth elswhere.
Alfred Mutua is a cheap PR guy. For me the best perfoming governors who ought to be considered for presidency by perfomance are either the honourable profoessor Kivutha Kibwana or Salim Mvurya. All others are either good PR masters (Alfred Mutua Type), incompetent guys (Sonko type) or ever complaining loud mouthed guys i.e the national goverment has marinalized us or is not releasing funds (Joho type). It is pity that we do not have any governor out of the 47 who has handled the issue of garbage and county administration in a way that would arouse national praise/awe and even interest from national and other county goverments; so that they can do benchmarking there
@Grundy and @langatkipro , its shocking how so many still can not see through this Mutua fellowā¦
One would have expected the sonko experiment to have taught us something lakini wapi
Those two are fine gentlemen. But they are also dictators, with very little respect for other peopleās idea. Plus they are not very honest people. Like when Matiangāi changes the way KCSE is graded, then he claims that the drop in grades is entirely due to reduced cheating. Or like when Mutua uses resources to develop some parts, the parts that are likely to attract media attention, while ignoring other parts. Or when he uses suppliers (to undertake projects to gain political mileage) and then fails to pay them.
On my part, I think Kenya needs sober leaders. Like Kibaki. People like Kivutha Kibwana, Mwangi wa Iria, Kingi, Mvurya, Prof Chepkwony from Kericho, Moses Kajwangā, Okoth from Kibra, Yusuf (of Kamukunji)⦠and so on. But thatās just my view.
