For instance mtu ameanza kudishi lanye huwa na routine ya once per month but as time progresses, the man will change to twice or thrice every month.

Worst ni kama ninja ni mraibu wa pombe plus lanye, my childhood friend aliingia hii shimo 2016. He build up confidence and told me how he lost over 500k on alcohol and lanye luckily for him he is now 3 months sober from alcohol and lanye.
