Marriage at the AGs office...

Talkers, nataka kufunga ndoa. Niko na mtoi mmoja na mwoman wangu. Sasa juzi tumejaza forms flani za health insurance. lo n behold they asked for a narriage certificate! Suddenly its a most important document. I had not thought of it upto now. sasa I just need a marriage cert. I dont care for the fanfare of a grand wedding. Nataka hiyo karatasi tu.

So swali ni kwa wale walienda kwa AG. What is the procedure? What happens during the ‘ceremony’?

Mine was a grand church wedding,go to sheria house they’ll ask you…" wewe ni wa kanisa ama AG"? From there you’ll be directed accordingly!

I know the wedding happens 21 days after you apply for it. Then unaenda na witness wawili. Wedding gown unaeza pata huko for a fee.

Kuna beshte ya me alifunga take hivyo.
Small ceremony, concluded in a matter of minutes (tuseme 60 Max)
I also plan kufanya styro hiyo hiyo.
Kumbuka hivi juu ya marriage act;

  1. Marriage under church means you can’t marry a second wife under no circumstance whatsoever.
  2. Marriage under AG and you can marry a second wife *with your wife’s consent.
  3. If you marry under Islam you can marry 4 wives and even have temporary wives for the day (they have a practice like that sijui kama iko hapa Kenya).

I am wondering about this “Marriage under AG and you can marry a second wife *with your wife’s consent.” thing…was this “wife consent thing” repealed by parliament or it still stands?

hehe, insurance imekupata. Hii mambo ya kuongeza tudem na maclande kwa cover yako alafu unachange after six months is done. Sheria House. right wing. Register and within twenty one days ul get the receipt, ukuje na two witnesses, short ceremony, max twenty mins. Kutakuwa na photographer na the Govt official as you take the oath! Ndio uambiwe hii maneno can only be dissolved in a court ukiamua umechoka na yeye!! Bibi asibebe dress na all that stuff. Ni kitu simple. Advocate ni dem sahii, usipeleke ufisi huko hehe

hehe hii story imepata wengi I remember last year nilikua nataka kuongeza some lady’s kid who needed a minor surgery to correct some intestinal issue it needed kitu 70k+ na cover yangu ilikua 150k per annum na situmiangi. story ya certificates na birth cert ikaniweka nje I had to abandon the mission. Even though nilikua tu nataka ku help hapo but its still fraud
