Kabisa!! Why are people so cowardly that they cannot stake their claims while the alleged father is still in good health and of sound mind? If framed properly and with fitting discretion, such an overture would be honoured most of the time.

IMHO, it should not be legally possible to harvest a person’s DNA for purposes of establishing paternity in Hopes of getting rich on the inheritance.
