Hey Villagers of the interwebs, I have a cousin of mine who does mandazi cooking and supplies the local shops and hotels around where she lives. She approached me for some investment in her business so that she can expand and I have been thinking about how to improve it. It hit me today morning that most shops kwa mtaa stock coconut flavoured mandazi more than the usual plain mandazi and had a talk with the keeper and told me that is what a lot of people prefer. I am thinking of telling her to experiement with coconut, ginger, cinnamon, and other spices as a condition, see how well the reception will be in her area as the only other mandazis are the plain ones as well as make them bigger for the hotels she supplies. Any other ideas on how to improve that kind of business?
