t was really a dramatic scene in Othaya as Deputy President William Ruto was addressing the crowd around him and a man who is alleged to be a tea seller sat on His car bonet in a move to serve him with a cup of tea when he finishes to address the crowd. It is astonishing how the deputy president’s bodyguard did not remove the man from the bonet and it is still unkown whether the man served the dp president tea but it was a really dramatic moment and it showed a lot of courage for the man to do such an act.
