Making smart financial moves.

What would you say are some of the best financial decisions you’ve made in your life?
I have made a resolution to be in a comfortable financial standing by 1st January 2020.
I learnt some of this the hard way and others are just common financial principles I would say …

1.Don’t borrow money for purely
Entertainment purposes. This is stupid. Very stupid.

2.Don’t live in a rented house ya 3 bedroom and above when you’re single. Kama unajenga that’s a different story.

3.Usijaribu kufuga Kunguru.I usually jerk off when going on dates. This gives my brain a little head start on decesion making.

4.Don’t buy a car on loan. Don’t buy a car you can’t afford to drive i. e maintenance, gas.

5.Sportpesa is not an investment. Have a monthly cap and do it for pure entertainment purposes.

6.Never spend more than your income in a month. This can put you in a very vicious cycle of debt. Try cutting out on things you can survive without till you break even.

7…
Wazito continue the list we uplift each other’s financial education

  1. Dont buy 6 expensive watches as they all tell the same time and you dont have 6 hands.
  1. If you dont trust your partner, kindly pack and leave ,dont try some Obado or Jowie moves. Utahama na mijengo ya Seikal (JELA)

9.Avoid impulse buying…
10. Have some Passive income …

Fuck bitches, get money…
I’ve said too much

11.don’t live beyond your means trying to impress anyone

  1. quit pocket watching

Attain a skill or start a business that can earn you money.
It’s not enough to focus purely on budgeting, increasing your earning capacity is equally as important.

  1. Always do window shopping before buying anything you want to buy.
  1. You are the only person who thinks the best for you, all the rest hope that you fail, believe in yourself and do retrospection from time to time.
  2. The past can’t be undone but the future can be planned.

There are people who shouldn’t comment. Btw need some advice

Yes bro, I’m listening…

Si unatumie number nikupigie…

YOLO. Enjoy your life, pesa ni maua.
Trust your head, not your feelings

Don’t bend over backwards to impress close relatives too much.

Increase your earnings, focusing on savings alone can make you stagnate…but don’t waste money

I knew you were a wanker. I am not surprised. Sportpesa toa yote. There is a very thin invisible line between gambling for entertainment and having a gambling problem. Kusema gambling for entertainment ni kujienjoy

One more thing. Focus on increasing your income instead of reducing spending. You will never get rich cutting spending or saving. You have to invest in a business etc.

Does this explain why you have one pair of shoes, zile safari boots

We all wankers man. Everybody is a wanker in their own way. That’s the only universal truth in the world.
