Hapo shopping centre near where I live there were two big makaa stores. When makaa was banned, those two stores closed and were selling one or two bags. Today I passed there and noticed they are back in full swing, gunias piled to the ceiling. Paperbags have disappeared, I have noticed the environment is cleaner except for the plastic soda bottles. Goes to show how enforcement of rules in Kenya can work.
South B?
Nope, Changamwe

@2500 a bag for the consumer,
Poor charcoal burner probably got 400 per bag, transporter 500, police 1k to let you through numerous Rd blocks.
