Am thinking of starting some business involving cereals. A friend advised me there is ample market for maize germ, wheat and rice husks.
Anyone with relevant information on where to source the raw material (quality) and at how much.

Rice husk Enda Mwea Tembele, maize germ is used to processed corn oil, there might be some serious competition, if u are looking for wheat bran, Enda UG.
So, are u trying to manufacture your own brand of cereal, or u are selling this products to a processing firm.

Karibu kizee, my Ex, used to get wheat bran from UG.
Can’t remember precisely,but a trailer used to cost around 80 K, and she used to sell between 105 and 110 k.
U can get orders from animal feed manufacturers from industrial Area.

To a processing firm. A friend in Eldoret indicated would provide market for me. My issue before has always been the market. Now that there is some light, am looking for a source, then I will do the maths

Byproducts, to sell to a friend in Eldoret. My role ends there, but the final consumer is animal feeds companies
