If using the above os’s then Itabidi ufinye shift then click on restart, halafu chagua advanced and disable the driver verification option hapo kwa advanced restart options
Attach your phone via usb, go to device manager,uninstall the problematic driver disconnect and reconnect again…Thank you

Launch the Device Manager
Right on the Device you are trying to install the drivers [in this case am using a tecno c8]
Click as indicated by the rectangular red box

Double Click One of the choices [Start with MTP USB Device]
