It’s going to be a tall order to enforce the rules so that people don’t cross Haphazardly on the BRT lanes and pikipikis from using them…lets see how people will adapt to the cashless payment system
We may choose to ignore the fact that we are, but such instances of getting development structures to ground play a part in future regional plays. Case in point : Uganda choice to run their oil through Tanzania pipeline. If Uganda had signed to Kenya, they would have subsidized our pipeline cost.

We both were competing for the pipeline. TZ’s SGR would take quite a chunk away from us. I don’t know about you, but different priorities yes, those two examples are similar goals.
