Here is an Electoral Commission official stating that Museveni obtained 589 votes here and that 5 votes were invalid.
When in fact, the total number of registered voters at that polling station is 577.
This points to one thing - massive ballot stuffing.
Not even half of the 577 voters could have turned up to vote, but the criminals added an excess of 17 votes.
