The people feeding, clothing and arming militias operate in the shadows and are different from the people participating in negotiations. unaeza judge na io unyenyekevu ya negotiators uone unadeal na kikundi rahisi, lakini mkipatana na militia yao kwa ground utajua hali halisi huwa tofauti.
The west does not approve of PEACE in Congo…for resources extraction reasons.
At least “EAC-led peace dialogue” means Uhuru is there between the rebels and the western funders who have always worked to destabilize Congo…i.e the process is not led by westerners
