With baba gone, there is a leadership vacuum in Nyanza. Although for now Luos are firmly behind Ruto, we still need a true leader of the great Luo Nation.
i have been thinking that Winnie has what it takes to be the new leader of the Luo Nation- even if it is not now, at least in a few years, she will be competent to inherit her dad’s position. Sure, some may view her as a little bit abrasive but i have interacted with her(mostly in 2017) and i know she has what it takes to lead.
For decades and decades, the Odinga family has been at the forefront of fighting for the welfare of Luos. I believe in appreciation, the new Luo leader should come from the Odinga’s family- and only Winnie has the qualities necessary to lead Nyanza.

Banyakagege, are you not man enough to lead your joluo people that you have to rely on some adolescent girl to fight for your people? Are there no men in joluoland? Wamunyoro, the great fighter, should come and be installed as your new king.

She may need to first learn her native language and stop that tweng. How did she rate your ceiling? And why did she quit??
I think she’ll need more than the Odinga name to succeed. Also as someone has mentioned above, she doesn’t know Luo language so it will be hard to fit in among the villagers. I think Politically speaking Raila would have built a dynasty only if Fidel would have been alive. The others are not politically gifted. Winnie has the courage but her message delivery is still extremely weak.
